After years of working on international development projects, Petr has returned to Czech Republic where he is the main representative of urban revitalization and participation.

Olga is pioneer of cultural planning of cities in Czech Republic with experience from Pilsen to Brno and back.

Do Young is a co-founder of ONplan. He holds a PhD in Regional and Urban Planning from the LSE and advises the research function of ONplan.

As a landscape architect, Karolina spent most of her 20 years career working with landuse planning documentation.

Zbyněk graduated from the Czech Technical University and specializes in transport. His area of interest is cycling in cities, which he tries to support with the use of his experience from the Netherlands. Seeing him behind a steering wheel is a rarity.

Dorotka graduated from landscape architecture at ČZU in Prague.  She is most interested in the development of landscape in connection with human activity and the possibilities for subtle revitalizations.

Honza is currently studying towards his masters' degree in spatial planning at FŽP ČZU. He is interested in transport, modern technology, but also in history and ecology. He enjoys traveling and watching documentaries.

Fausto studied architecture in Turin (Politecnico di Torino) and at the Architectural Institute in Prague. He holds a joint master’s degree in urban studies, “4Cities”, held across four European countries. Currently based in the Czech Republic, he gained professional experience in Sweden, Spain, and Italy. He is interested in urban design, urban culture and social geography.

Markéta studied regional development and public administration at the Tomáš Bata University in Zlín and security and legal studies at the PAČR. She has experience in public administration and large corporate environment and has been working at ONplan with small break since 2014.  She enjoys visualizing data and looking for connections in it. In her spare time, she plays field hockey and teaches children to swim.

Graduate of Czech Technical University in Architecture and Urbanism, Esra has a multidisciplinary approach in developing strategic spatial solutions with a focus on overlooked areas of interest. She is passionate about supporting local communities in all layers from culture to agriculture.

Simona is a master's degree student in Arts Management at the University of Economics in Prague. She is interested in culture and its role in the development of cities and community building. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching art movies, and occasionally capturing moments through photography.

František is studying the master’s program Arts Management at the Prague University of Economics and Business, his secondary specialization is in Developing cities and regions. 

He is interested in cultural heritage and its role in urban planning. He also enjoys history and cycling in his free time.

Gabriela is a master's degree student in Landscape architecure at FA CTU. She is mainly interested in landscape planning in terms of adaptation of our landscape to climate change and increasing use by people. In her spare time, she likes to run, especially with a map in the forest, and trains children.

Graduate of the Architecture Institute in Prague in Architecture and Urbanism, Alexis passionate about design education, participatory planning, and civic engagement. In her free time, Alex leads design and architecture courses that foster critical thinking and community engagement among youth, inspiring them to actively shape their built environment.
